MACRO-blogging on weather, apps, an iPhone feature, death and Halloween
I had more to write than I thought I did, so today's post can't be considered microblogging. As the title reads, I'm talking about the weather (a great opener to any conversation), iPhone apps, an iPhone feature, death and Halloween. It all ties together somehow.... while reintroducing The Christopher Chronicles.
Christopherism - Caught on Tape!
I was doing some computer cleaning today - organizing and deleting old files - I ran across this video and had to share.
If I hadn't stopped the recording so abruptly you would have heard me laughing. What followed was a year of his Christopherisms and I was inspired to put them in a book and publish it. It all began at age 5.

Christopher and I often have a dialog that I end with "okay" and just chalk it up to a "Who's on first" moment.
"I wouldn't put this on your blog..."
I asked Christopher if I could take a picture of him putting deodorant on. He said, "Fine, as long as you don't put it on Facebook." Dang. So what I'll tell you is that he is so dramatic putting cold deodorant on those little bald armpits.
Christopherism: "Now that's just creepy!"
I didn't mean to laugh...

Do tell: Yada Yada Yada
I found this interview at More Than Mommies last week. She had a Then and Now post. I thought I would try the questions out on Christopher. I look forward to revisiting these questions a year from now because he obviously didn't feel like entertaining me with any details.

Not the birds & the bees: It's turtles...
I was listening to Christopher as he read to me from one of his library books:
A male turtle courts a female turtle. The two turtles mate...
