Peanut Butter on Weight Watchers...

On my first week of Weight Watchers, I remember making myself 1/2 a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. It was 5 points. It was so delicious that I made another half while I was still chewing - 11 points total. That 11 points isn't worth it when it's the first thing you eat that day and you are still hungry. 

Needless to say that was one of those days that I was evil as all get out. 

It's a Week 16 Update!


This is my last "scheduled" post before summer begins. I will be brain dumping the rest of them. Gettin' it in where I can fit it in.

In my smoothie I use Almond Milk which is 1 point for a cup. 

Here's the thing.... as of today, I have lost 9 pounds. I had hoped for more of a cushion before summer but I'm happy that at the least my summer clothes fit.
